Designed and manufactured in accordance with the regulations of 3-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments - Increased Safety Type 'e'". Can meet the special requirements of customers.
Explosion proof chiller unit (explosion-proof refrigeration unit) Scope of application:
Suitable for self sealing indoor space environments with explosive gas mixtures in the air, such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, and defense industries, for purifying air and regulating temperature (reducing or increasing temperature).

Characteristics of explosion-proof chiller unit (explosion-proof refrigeration unit):
The unit is mainly composed of explosion-proof compressor, heat exchanger, explosion-proof solenoid valve, sealed pressure switch, explosion-proof motor, and explosion-proof electrical control box.

Explosion proof unit (explosion-proof chiller) device request
(1) The air conditioner can work normally under the following environmental conditions:
a. The height of the poster shall not exceed 2000m;
b. Environmental temperature: During cooling, indoor temperature ranges from 17 ℃ to 32 ℃, while outdoor temperature ranges from 18 ℃ to 43 ℃. During heating, indoor temperature should not exceed 30 ℃, while outdoor temperature ranges from -7 ℃ to+24 ℃;
c. Relative humidity of the air: In humid months, the monthly average relative humidity should not exceed 90%; At the same time, the monthly average low temperature of the month shall not exceed+25 ℃;
d. Zone 1 and Zone 2 risk areas with explosive gases (or liquids, vapors) of Class IIA and IIB T1 to T4 groups;
f. A central area without violent vibrations and impacts;
g. In a clean environment free from dust and water immersion.
(2) The air conditioner should be properly installed by qualified installation technicians according to the correct installation instructions in this manual.
(3) Before installation, the power supply voltage and environmental conditions should be checked to ensure that they do not differ from the requirements on the nameplate.
(4) The installation location of the air conditioner should avoid the influence of adverse environments such as oil fumes, thermal radiation, and humidity.
(5) The installation location of the outdoor unit should avoid the central area that is directly affected by moisture, seawater, wind, rain, and sun exposure. If necessary, preventive measures should be taken.

Explosion proof chiller unit is one of the Han Leng models, which cools normal temperature water to a certain temperature through the compressor of the chiller to enhance the cooling of molds or machines. It is used as a standalone unit, with a built-in fan as the heat dissipation device. There are mainly three interconnected systems: refrigerant circulation system, water circulation system, and electrical self-control system.
Refrigerant circulation system:
The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat from the water and begins to evaporate, eventually forming a certain temperature difference between the refrigerant and water. The liquid refrigerant also completely evaporates into a gaseous state, which is then sucked in and compressed by the compressor (increasing pressure and temperature). The gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser and condenses into a liquid. After being throttled by an expansion valve (or capillary tube), it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant that enters the evaporator, completing the refrigerant circulation process.
Water circulation system:
The water pump is responsible for extracting water from the water tank and pumping it to the equipment that the user needs to cool. The chilled water takes away the heat and rises in temperature before returning to the chilled water tank.
Electrical self-control system:
Including power supply and automatic control parts.
The power supply is supplied to compressors, fans, water pumps, etc. through contactors.
The automatic control part includes a temperature controller, pressure protection, delay device, relay, overload protection, etc., which are combined to achieve functions such as automatic start stop and protection based on water temperature.

The unit uses high-quality imported twin-screw compressors, with only 1/10 of the operating components and 1/5 of the vibration of reciprocating compressors, without the need for foundation fixation.
